If you are experiencing problem with your GEOOP app, the first thing to try is to "clear your data". You will not lose any information by doing this.

Once you log back into GEOOP, wait at least 5 minutes for all the data to refresh.

If you continue to experience problems, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

IMPORTANT: When logging into the Perkbox app for the first time, click on "SIGN IN USING YOUR COMPANY DOMAIN", type in accuro-homecare, and click continue. You only need to do this the first time you log into the app.

Use the links below to add the Perkbox app to your phone.



You can also use Perkbox on a PC or tablet via your web Browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

You will always log into Perkbox using your Accuro Homecare website username or email and password.

You will automatically be given access to Perkbox after you have completed your 6 month appraisal.

You can use the Perks over and over again!
