The Practice Coach provides guidance and direction to fellow support workers using our industry policies and procedures. All of our Practice Coaches started with us as Direct Support Workers and have the experience and understanding of the role needed to be able to provide you with the coaching, support and guidance you need to be successful in the role.
Our Service Coordinators will handle all your rostering needs, they will work with you to ensure your rosters make the best use of your skills and experience and that we match you with customers you share interests with. Our Service Coordinators are also on call 24/7 to help you if challenges or problems arise with your rosters or services.
Our Practice Leaders are here to provide you with the support you need to deliver safe quality services to our customers, the kind of services that enable people live independently in their own home. The team are here to assist in matching your skills and experiences with customers’ needs and wants and they will be here to provide you with regular feedback, to listen to your ideas and to talk through any concerns you may have.
The Practice Manager is the leader of the team, and is responsible for the overall safety and well-being of our customers, training and development of our people and ensuring our practice is in line with NDIS requirements. The Practice Manager works closely with their management team to coordinate the functions and systems that are critical to customer and team success.
