A close family member affected by a disability helped Sheridan make the decision to work in the home care industry. She completed her Certificate IV in Disability in 2017 and left her job as a courier to work here with us at Accuro.
She finds the most rewarding aspects of her job to be making a clients day, taking them out into the community for social support and helping them live their lives more independently. Every shift she learns something new about the world.
