We are looking for a committed, full time After Hours Service Representative and administration person to be part of our office team.

Accuro Home Care is a long standing, respected community care organisation providing services and supports for aged and disabled clients. We provide 24/7/365 support to our much valued clients.

The role includes;

  • Administration tasks
  • Customer service and sales
  • Accounts price checking and auditing
  • Attendance of our after hours and weekend phone service
  • Providing assistance and solutions to remote staff via phone

You will be required to;

  • Handle customer inquiries in a busy office environment and at anytime after hours
  • Enter orders / data entry
  • Follow up calls with clients, staff and other organisations
  • Attend to urgent and emergency situations
  • Assist with scheduling jobs
  • Client reporting as required
  • Office administrative tasks
  • Enter prices and auditing
  • Administration of staff personnel

The successful applicant will possess the following essential requirements;

  • The ability to multi task and be highly flexible
  • Quality customer service skills
  • The willingness to take initiative and work cooperatively in a team
  • The ability to work autonomously and show great initiative
  • Great time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide overtime when required
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office experience
  • Advanced knowledge of internet based applications, websites and smart phones.
  • The ability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends

Desirable attributes are;

  • Experience in the home and community care sector
  • Experience in after hours calls

Initially training will be provided in office hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. After 3 months of training hours will change to be afternoons, evenings and weekend hours with two regular rostered days off during the week. Hours attended to work outside of normal office hours are completed at home, allowing flexibility around family/home life.
