    Director
I am very proud to be the director of such a wonderful company, full of wonderful individuals, servicing wonderful people. I was an original founding Director along with three others way back in 2004. Accuro Homecare started with very humble beginnings, with just a handful of staff and home office for administration. What an acheivement Accuro Homecare has become now though with over 100 staff and providing over 1000 services and supports per week. My vision is to continually push for more growth allowing more people in need to receive the best quality services and supports available. Accuro Homecare is a passion to me and the satisfaction of providing our valued aged and disabled community with vital, quality services and supports and providing an enjoyable place of employment gives me great pleasure.

    Operations Manager
I started with Accuro Homecare in 2007, in the current office with only the founders of the company I grew through the ranks of Service Co ordinator / Service Manager / Office Manager to my current role of Operations Manager I have seen the company grow from 2 Office Staff and 30 Direct Support Workers to 10 Office Staff and 95 Direct Support Workers I was new to the industry, but have learnt so much about the Aged Care and Disability Industry, I attend forums and meetings in relation to changes in the sector, which are very important and informative. I take pride in wearing the Accuro Uniform and take pride in the role I provide, I would happily send in any of our current Direct Support Workers to my own Family. I thoroughly enjoy my job, no 2 days are the same, I enjoy the interaction with Direct Support Workers / Case Managers / Clients and their Carer's / I work with a great team of staff both office and Field, I'm happy to talk to anyone, my door is always open.

    Lisa Ursino

    Services Manager
I started at Accuro Homecare in March 2016. During my time here I have worked in the Services Department, starting off as a Service Representative, then moving on to the Services Coordinator and now, the Services Manager. I currently manage a small team of staff to ensure that services are received, scheduled and dispatched to workers in a timely manner. I also deal with Case Managers, NDIS Participants and NDIS Coordinators to plan and setup their supports, and this sometimes includes visiting clients in their homes. At times I attend Forums to expand my knowledge in all areas of the Homecare Industry. My job is extremely fast paced and there is never a dull moment and I would not want it any other way! I love my job at Accuro Homecare and go home every single day knowing that I have made a positive difference in someones life.
